It’s simple! You will either receive an invitation link from one of your Buyers or you can sign up directly through our platform hassle free. Once you create an account, you will be able to view all eligible invoices and place bids for early payment. Our team is also here to guide you through onboarding if needed.

Once your bid is accepted and the auction clears, payments are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive the discounted amount directly to your bank account.

Yes. If your discount bid is successful, you will need to issue a credit note to reflect the agreed discount. You have two options:
- You can allow Wocap to connect with your electronic invoicing provider, and the credit note can be issued automatically through the platform, saving you time and manual work (this is the most popular option).
- Alternatively, you can choose to issue the credit note manually through your existing invoicing process. Wocap will provide all the necessary details and guidance. Either way, the process is quick, compliant, and fully supported by our team.
